Pine: Finger Joint

Finger Jointed Pine is a long, straight and defect free length of timber less likely to twist than a natural piece of timber. A finger joint is a joint where the lines resemble interlocking fingers. Lamination allows for wider sizes to be produced which are strong and straight. Generally produced from plantation pine forestry from either Hoop or Radiata species.
